About Mild Chili Powder

Our mild chili powder is sweet and pungent with hints of spice and a bit of earthiness from the cumin. On a scale of 1-10, we consider this heat level to be 2-3. The bite comes from the two chile peppers used in this blend — the Ancho chile and the Pasilla chile.
