1 T canola oil
1 lb ground meat of your choice (beef, turkey, etc)
2 T taco seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 T brown sugar
1 T apple cider vinegar
½ cup water
Heat oil on medium-high in a large pot or Dutch oven. Add the ground meat and use a wooden spoon or spatula to break up the meat into crumbles. Allow your taco meat to begin browning.
Add taco seasoning and salt and mix well. Continue browning the meat for 1-2 minutes.
Add brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and water. Mix well and lower heat. Let the taco meat simmer for 8-10 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!
